Where are submissions filed in Austria?

Draft bills are published for consultation on the parliamentary website, where submissions are filed and published. It is also advisable to send them directly to the responsible ministry, because that is where the redrafting actually happens.

Should you file jointly or separately?

Both have their place. A joint submission shows breadth, an individual one shows detailed exposure. The combination often works best: the association on principle, the individual company with concrete figures on its own case.
